In this talk Sophia celebrates our individual ‘ordinary’. Through personal anecdotes, Sophia tackles the issue of identity and urges us not to be constrained by societal norms. It is an autobiographical account of what it's like to be a motivational speaker, but a hard core raver at the same time. Sophia Thakur is a woman of many talents. Last year Sophia was part of BBC Radio 1xtra's Words First event and has previously performed at TEDxClapham. Through her work Sophia tackles issues which are often a taboo, such as mental health and sexuality.
